This is the first book in a series of 8 books that will describe Tae kwon do from A - Z. The book is written by Grand Master Cho Woon Sup and he shares here of his experiences after a lifetime of taekwondo.

Su Shin means to cleanse the body inside and out. This book describes a series of exercises and techniques that combines movement, breathing and mental control. These are techniques that have ancient roots.

These techniques help us that we get good energy (ki) and rid ourselves of bad energy. In Taekwondo, we use these techniques to the heating of the body and the end of training. But these techniques can be used in all sports.
