The sledgeball tournament has become a well-loved tradition at the summer festival – and this year is no exception!

What is Sledgeball?
Sledgeball is a fun and energetic ball game with several variations found in different clubs.
In short:
- You use a small kicking pad to hit a foam ball toward a target (e.g. a large standing pad).
- Two teams compete against each other, with team sizes adjusted to the playing area.

Teams and Registration
To participate, your team must:
- Have 4 players + 1 optional substitute
- Come up with a creative team name – the funnier, the better!
Teams do not need to be from the same club.
Registration deadline: After dinner the day before the tournament.
(Many teams are spontaneously formed at the festival – hence the late deadline.)
When and How?
The tournament takes place on Friday during the summer festival, at the same time as the TTU Cup.
Depending on the number of teams, the format may include:
- Group stages if there are many teams
- Semifinals and finals toward the end of the TTU Cup
Preliminary rounds will be held during the children’s TTU Cup.
